How we get customers

Most of our work comes from search, online ads, and word of mouth.

Referral arrangements

From time to time we may pay a fee, or give a discount or gift card, to someone who refers a paying customer to us. We may also take part in lead-generation services and contractor directories that charge us per lead or per booked job.

What this means for you

A referral fee never changes your price and never changes the scope of work we recommend. Our estimate is based on the job in front of us, not on where the lead came from.

Reviews

We may invite customers to leave a review after a job. We do not pay for reviews and we do not edit or filter them.
