Here is how it works. You send the form or call. We call you back to ask a few questions: where the mold is, how big the area looks, whether there has been a leak or a flood. For most jobs we can give a price range on that call. If the job needs a look in person, we book a free on-site visit, usually within a day or two.
There is no charge for the estimate and no obligation to hire us. If we think the problem is small enough to handle yourself, we will say so and tell you how.
What to have ready:
- Where the mold is (bathroom, basement, crawl space, attic, other)
- Roughly how large the area is
- Whether there has been a known leak, flood, or humidity problem
- A few photos if possible
